Vandana is a Chartered Accountant, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and DISC Practitioner with over 20 years of experience driving enterprise transformation across financial services, public sector, consulting and technology — including senior roles at EY, Deloitte and NCS Group (Singtel).

As Asia Pacific L&D Leader at EY and Learning & OD Lead at NCS Group, Vandana designed Future of Work capability programs, led AI and digital adoption strategies, and built operating model change programs that connected people, process and technology in ways that lasted. Her background as a Chartered Accountant gives her a commercial lens that most OD practitioners don't have — she understands the business case as well as the human one.

Vandana holds certifications in Generative AI for Learning & Development and brings a rare combination of financial rigour, transformation experience and learning expertise to every engagement.

Pallavi is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and organisational learning specialist with 15 years of experience leading change, communication and capability programs across financial services, insurance and infrastructure.

Before founding AVANA, Pallavi held Senior Manager roles at ANZ and AIA Australia — designing enterprise-wide change strategies, leading learning interventions for thousands of stakeholders, and building the kind of human-centred communication that turns resistance into advocacy.

Pallavi holds a Masters in Adult Education from La Trobe University, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is a qualified Mental Health First Aider. She brings a deep belief that change is fundamentally emotional — and that the organisations who treat it that way are the ones who succeed.
