Workflow Review & Organisation Redesign

Change doesn't embed when the strategy is right but the workflows are wrong. We go beyond change management to facilitate structured workflow reviews, mapping how work actually happens today, identifying the gaps, inefficiencies and misalignments, and redesigning processes and structures around the future state.
